How to Play

Move your pieces according to their specific movement rules. The General can only travel one square at a time within the palace. Advisors must stay within diagonal moves within the palace. Elephants move exactly two squares diagonally and cannot move to the opponent's side. Horses move one square straight and then one square diagonally, but can be blocked by adjacent pieces. Rooks move any number of squares straight, making them powerful attackers. Cannons move like chariots but must require a screen piece to capture exactly one piece. Pawns move forward one square and capture diagonally after crossing the river. Remove the opponent's general to win the game. Plan your moves carefully to checkmate the computer opponent.
